Personalized Consultation Lo Style conducts detailed discussions with production teams to understand the event, the performers' personal styles, and the vision for the stage appearance, ensuring the final looks align perfectly with production goals. Custom Outfit Selection Lo Style provides carefully curated clothing and accessory options tailored to each performance, enhancing the performers' individuality and complementing the production's overall aesthetic. Fitting Sessions Fittings are arranged as needed to ensure each outfit fits flawlessly, maintaining the visual harmony and comfort necessary for optimal performance. Styling Guidance Lo Style offers on-the-day or pre-event styling services, managing every detail of the performers' appearances to ensure that outfits, hair, and accessories coalesce seamlessly. Budget and Fees Lo Style will make all purchases using her own credit card, adhering to the budget provided by the production. The final invoice will reflect the total styling fee. The total styling fee depends on the complexity and scope of the services required, including consultations, number of outfits, overall involvement in the project, and the number of performers being styled. Payment and Orders Production is required to provide a comprehensive budget for all necessary purchases related to styling services. This ensures that Lo Style can efficiently manage sourcing and purchasing within the agreed financial limits. An itemized invoice will be provided post-event, detailing all costs incurred for transparency and record-keeping. Service Selection and Payment Productions must confirm and specify the styling services they wish to engage. To initiate the styling process, a 50% down payment of the estimated total fee is required, which is non-refundable and secures Lo Style’s services for the event. Express Styling Option For urgent styling needs within 2 to 5 business days, Lo Style offers an express service. Additional fees for this expedited service can reach up to $200, depending on the urgency and sourcing requirements.
Candellation + Refund
The 50% down payment is non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for completed styling work or any shopping fees. If a cancellation occurs after purchases have been made, the production is responsible for all costs incurred, including alterations, shipping, and returns. Cancellations notified 10+ days before the service may be eligible for a refund of any unspent budget, excluding the non-refundable down payment. Cancellations within 10 days of the event forfeit the deposit and may incur additional charges for any work already completed. Last-Minute Cancellations: No refund will be provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the event, and all incurred costs are the responsibility of the production. All cancellations must be communicated in writing!!!
